EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Items must be returned unworn, in perfect condition, and with their original packaging and tags, within 14 days of receipt.
- Exchanges are completely free and can be made through the exchange portal. Please note that the exchange must be approved by our warehouse, so it may take a few days. As soon as we receive the garment you wish to exchange, we will send you the new one.
It is possible to exchange for the same product in a different size, or for a product of the same (or lower) value. - Returns have a cost of €5, which corresponds to logistics costs and is borne by the customer*. Refunds are processed every Friday and take between 3 and 5 business days to be reflected in your bank account.
- Finally, it is possible to return your order completely free of charge in exchange for store credit valid for one year from the time of the order. (Refunds over €350 may take a few extra days to process).

To carry out the process, you must enter the following details:
- Postal code where you received the order
- FOURIER order number, format #FCXXXXX (it is important to include the hash symbol # at the beginning).
All returns must be dropped off at the selected collection point
